Mother/Daugther Studio Session

This session was so much fun. I am actually related to these two gals. they wanted a mother/daughters session so we lit up the studio late on a Wednesday Night and had some fun! They were so funny and the studio was not short of laughter!

Another studio session! This one was a blast too because I got to experience more with my lighting and flash settings! I also got to experiment with textures and black and white settings as well as retouching and color. I just love learning new things with photography!

You know, I am getting pretty good at the lighting and such in my studio. I cannot wait to open my studio in an actual building other than my house. The only downside is that at the moment I only have a black backdrop. It works, as you can see in these pictures. I know how to apply textures and such in Photoshop so making that backdrop pop is a task I can handle!

This family is actually friends of my husband. They are such a fun and exciting family, very loving and talented! I got to listen to {Jesse} play his guitar, and the girls just giggled it up when they were attacking him! Although the weather was cold, being with this fun loving family made it a little warmer!
